MORNING...

* SHORT TERM TRENDS...WIND CHILL VALUES CONTINUE TO HOVER NEAR 20
  BELOW ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION EARLY THIS SATURDAY MORNING.
  OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS AS OUTSIDE TEMPERATURES DROP...WIND
  CHILLS WILL APPROACH 25 BELOW BETWEEN 4 AM AND 6 AM ACROSS THE
  REGION.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST AT 5 TO 15 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES/WIND CHILL VALUES...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL WELL
  BELOW ZERO AND WIND CHILL VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE 20 BELOW
  TO 30 BELOW RANGE.

* IMPACTS...THOSE WITH INTERESTS OUTDOORS SHOULD DRESS WARMLY
  AND COVER EXPOSED SKIN...AS FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE
  POSSIBLE IF THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT AND
GLOVES.
