afternoon with speeds topping out in the 10 to 15 MPH range. It
will be very dry today with min RH values dropping into the
lower-mid teens. Afternoon high will be a few degrees above
average beneath clear to mostly clear skies. Vent rates will be
good to very good. For tomorrow, temperatures will be a little
warm with a modest increase in winds.
