Patchy dense fog with local visibilities of 1/4 mile or less are
developing and will linger into early Friday morning.

Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. If
driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave
plenty of distance ahead of you. Be alert to rapidly changing
visibilities.
