.DISCUSSION...
Wind speeds have already increased across the area, and they will
remain in that 15 to 25 mph range through the afternoon. Have
updated the forecast to go with a little more afternoon cloud
cover, as there is a band of clouds along the Canadian border that
will move southward this afternoon. The other forecast parameters
seem to be running as expected.
