* At 816 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles northeast
  of Carnesville, or near Lavonia, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

  Hartwell, Carnesville, Royston, Reed Creek, Lavonia, Gumlog,
