.DISCUSSION...
South/southeasterly winds are taking hold this afternoon, but
will likely become light and variable late tonight before the
onshore flow becomes more firmly re-established tomorrow morning.
These onshore winds will eventually begin to usher more humid air
across the fire site, but tonight still looks to see RH recovery
only to around 80 percent. But by tomorrow afternoon, RH will
struggle to fall below 50 percent, where today we have seen
relative humidity values in the upper 30s. Like the surface winds,
transport winds are expected to be out of the south to southeast,
so any smoke transport can be expected to be roughly towards
Halls Bayou.
