Patchy fog and drizzle east after midnight. Lows in the lower 40s
west to the lower 50s southeast.
.THURSDAY...Becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon and warmer.
Highs in the lower 60s northeast to the upper 60s west.
.FRIDAY...Partly cloudy. A chance of showers north in the morning and
