.SYNOPSIS...

Winds and seas will remain elevated through tonight behind this
cold frontal passage, allowing for the Small Craft Advisory for
nearshore waters and Gale Warning for offshore waters to continue.
Conditions will settle down below advisory criteria Friday morning
for all of the local waters through the weekend as high pressure
builds overhead.
