In southeast Kentucky, Knox. * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 446 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers and thunderstorms.
