.DISCUSSION...

Moisture is finally increasing and RH values will no longer
be a concern through the weekend. Winds will remain on the light
side through Thursday and then begin to increase Friday and into
the weekend as multiple surface lows develop and move northeast
across the Plains. No rain is expected as well through the weekend
with the best chance of finally seeing a wetting rain early
next week.
