For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.9 inch high will slide across the lake tonight
and Wednesday. A 29.6 inch low will then develop across the
central Plains on Thursday, deepening to 29.4 inches near western
Lake Superior on Friday. A warm front will extend eastward from
this low towards the lake Friday. Low pressure will pass by to the
north, with a cold front crossing the lake on Saturday, and another
cold front on Sunday.

and variable. A chance of showers late this evening. Patchy fog
late. Waves 1 foot or less.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds 10 knots or less becoming east 10 to
15 knots. Patchy fog in the morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming west. Waves
1 to 2 feet.
.THURSDAY...West winds 5 to 15 knots. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 10 knots or less becoming east.
Waves 1 foot or less.
.FRIDAY...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming southeast. A chance
of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
