...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN CLINTON AND NORTHEASTERN
WASHINGTON COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
south central Illinois.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM CDT FOR MARION
COUNTY...

At 726 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes
were located along a line extending from near Fairman to Odin to near
Centralia, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
  Salem, Kinmundy, Farina, Omega, Stephen Forbes Station and Helm.

This includes Interstate 57 in Illinois between exits 109 and 127.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
