  Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor...

At 529 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers and
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These
showers and thunderstorms were located along a line extending from
29 nm northwest of Gunpowder River to 24 nm west of Middle River,
moving east at 35 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
