...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM CDT
FOR CENTRAL REEVES COUNTY...
At 420 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Toyah, moving
east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Pecos, Toyah, and Pecos Municipal Airport.
This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 16 and 23, and
between mile markers 36 and 41.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for southwestern
Texas.
