.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS....West
swell will gradually subside into Friday. Meanwhile, a thermal
trough will persist through Thursday night along the coast with
gusty north winds over the waters. The strongest winds and
steepest seas are expected south of Cape Blanco. The thermal
trough moves offshore Friday with weaker winds and lower seas over
the waters through this weekend.
