.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS....West winds will
gradually diminish tonight and will then shift north and increase
later this afternoon and tonight with the strongest winds in the
southern waters. West swells will gradually diminish today. On
Thursday, steep seas and moderate to occasionally strong winds are
expected for areas south of Cape Blanco. Seas are expected to
weaken Friday and continue into the weekend.
