* Special Marine Warning for...
  S of Cape Lookout NC to Surf City NC out to 20 nm...
  Waters from Cape Lookout  to Surf City NC from 20 to 40 nm...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 552 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over The Vicinity Of Sneads Ferry Bridge,
  or near New River Inlet, moving southeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts in excess of 50 knots, and large
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Boats could suffer significant structural
           damage in high winds and hail. Small craft could capsize
           in suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ar342, Ar320, Bogue Inlet, The Vicinity Of Highway 24-
  17 Bridge, Ar355, The Vicinity Of Emerald Isle Bridge, Ar345,
