.DISCUSSION...A shower or thunderstorm is possible after 1600 MDT
this afternoon. The main threat from any convection today will be
gusty outflow winds 25 to 35 mph. A wetting rain is very low
probability because coverage of showers will be sparse but under
the core of a shower could produce a wetting rain. Winds will gust
up to 20 mph today. Saturday afternoon high pressure reasserts
itself and winds subside. Coverage of convective showers will be
sparse on Saturday as well beginning after 1500 MDT.
