.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure, centered W of
the waters, will strengthen tonight and build NE, remaining W of
the region through Wed night, then NW of the waters Thu and Thu
night and persist through Fri night, then move S again and
remain W of the waters Sat into Sat night. A cold front will push
E across the northern California waters tonight and move inland.
A coastal trough will develop along southern California tonight,
extend north on Tue then strengthen Tue night into Thu night
along the entire coast, before weakening Fri into Fri night.
