...Forecast flooding changed to Minor severity and increased in
duration for the following rivers in Oklahoma...

  East Cache Creek near Walters affecting Cotton and Comanche
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Cache Creek near Walters.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Shallow flooding occurs over croplands...
   pastures... and low-lying local roads along and near the creek in
  southern Comanche County and Cotton County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 21.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The East Cache Creek cresting and is expected to
    fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
