Virginia.

   Wind Advisory.

Severe thunderstorms are expected on Thursday. Damaging winds and
isolated tornadoes are the primary hazards.

In addition, heavy rains could lead to localized instances of
flooding or strong rises along rivers, creeks and streams.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Gusty winds on Friday could cause power outages or additional tree
damage.
