.DISCUSSION...

Warm conditions will continue early this week as highs in the
low to mid 80s occur again today and highs in the 70s to near 80
occur through Wednesday. Moisture will start to return ahead of a
system that will bring shower and thunderstorm chances to the area
tonight into Tuesday.

Tuesday also appears to be quite breezy with southerly wind gusts
up to 35 to 50 mph. Another system will then bring additional
chances for showers and a few storms to the area Thursday into Friday.
Cooler conditions will occur late this week into next weekend.
