...GALE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
LATE SUNDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 9 to 12 ft expected. For the
  Gale Watch, northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt
  and seas 12 to 17 ft possible.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican
  Border and out to 30 nm and Waters from San Mateo Point to the
  Mexican Border Extending 30 to 60 nm out including San
  Clemente Island.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM Saturday to 2
  PM PDT Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday afternoon
  through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a slight chance of thunderstorms
  Saturday afternoon through Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas
