...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the Llano
River...

For the Llano River at Junction:
  * At 745 PM CDT Thursday the observed stage was 7.62 feet.
  * Action Stage:   12.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    16.0 feet.
  * Forecast: The Llano River at Junction will continue falling
    and remain below Action Stage.


For the Llano River at Mason:
  * At 745 PM CDT Thursday the observed stage was 14.28 feet.
  * Action Stage:   11.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    18.0 feet.
  * Forecast: The Llano River at Mason is expected to crest near
    16 feet, which is still below Flood Stage late tonight before
    then falling slowly through the day on Friday.

rainfall could affect crest forecasts.
