Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Additionally, due to soil saturation, even a brief heavy rainfall or persistent light rain has the potential to produce landslides and mudslides on steep terrains. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Soils are saturated and river streamflows are much above normal or high. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
