.DISCUSSION...
Soils are saturated and fuel vegetation is minimal due to
previous rainfall activity as recent as during the overnight hours.
A wet weather pattern with plenty of tropical moisture and light
winds will maintain the fire danger low today as well. Showers
and thunderstorms will develop across the islands each day,
especially during the afternoon, then a drying trend is possible
by next week.
