  inches, locally around 20 inches in the upper Cottonwoods.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 PM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Slushy or snow-covered roads are expected,
  primarily at elevations higher than 6500 feet during the
  morning and 7500 feet during the evening.
