.DISCUSSION...

Mixing heights from 3300-3500ft and southerly transport winds
5-10mph will yield fair dispersions at the burn site today.
Despite dry conditions remaining in place, MinRH will remain above
critical ranging from 35-40%.

Tomorrow, mixing heights 2700-3000ft with transport winds once
again out of the south from 5-15kts will yield generally good
dispersions at the burn site. MinRH will also see an increase to
around 45-55%.
