.DISCUSSION...
High pressure remains in full control with dry and warm
conditions continuing across the region. Winds will be out
the east-southeast today around 9-13 mph and occasional gusts
close to 20 mph. Very deep mixing heights will be in place with values
approaching 6000 ft later today and with steady easterly transport winds,
very good dispersion conditions are expected but caution is advised as
control problems could occur. In addition, minimum RH values will fall
to the mid 30s later this afternoon.
