THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR AUGUST WAS 61.7 DEGREES WHICH WAS 1.6
DEGREES COOLER THAN THE NORMAL OF 63.3 DEGREES TYING THIS FOR THE
22ND COOLEST AUGUST IN STATION HISTORY. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE FOR
THE MONTH WAS 84 DEGREES ON THE 15TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS 35
DEGREES ON THE 27TH. NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE SET FOR
THE MONTH.
