.MARCH 2017 WAS ABOVE NORMAL FOR TEMPERATURES WITH BELOW NORMAL
PRECIPITATION AT INTERNATIONAL FALLS MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR MARCH WAS 24.2 DEGREES WHICH WAS 0.6
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 23.6 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 58 DEGREES ON THE 31ST. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS
-15 DEGREES ON THE 3RD. NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE BROKEN FOR
THE MONTH OF MARCH. FOURTEEN DAYS HAD AVERAGE TEMPERATURES BELOW
