TEMPERATURES WERE AS MUCH AS 10 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE
HOTTEST TEMPERATURES WERE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH...WITH HIGHS
IN THE MID 90S ON THE 4TH AND 5TH. THIS WAS THE FIRST SEPTEMBER
