Cape Suckling out 100 NM

expected. Seas forecasts represent the average of the highest
one-third of the combined windwave and swell height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS...
Winds associated with a diminishing storm force low in the Gulf
will decrease throughout the day Monday, but will  increase
later tonight as another front moves north over the eastern
gulf. An extension of this low will break off and  traverse
through the outer waters early Tuesday. Finally, a third  low
will push north over the gulf late Tuesday.
