Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...The cold front is slowly moving across the Gulf waters
this morning and should pull up stationary later today over or
just south of the coastal waters. The front is expected to move
back north early Friday with southeast winds increasing through
Saturday. Winds may become strong enough to warrant a small craft
advisory for all or portions of the coastal waters Saturday.
Another weak front is expected for later Sunday or early Monday.
