TONIGHT A SURFACE LOW WILL FORM JUST OFFSHORE...MAINTAINING
STRONGER WINDS THOUGH WITH A SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST. OVERALL
EXPECT ELEVATED WINDS AND SEAS TO PERSIST THROUGH MONDAY WITH
ADDITIONAL SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES PROBABLE. ANOTHER COLD FRONT
