.SYNOPSIS...Adverse marine conditions are expected Sunday night
through Wednesday due first to the passage of a cold front and
then due to a reinforcing surge of air in the wake of the front.
Otherwise, favorable winds and seas are forecast from today until
around sunset Sunday.
