.SYNOPSIS...Adverse marine conditions are anticipated today and
possibly tonight due to a combination of leftover swell from
Tropical Storm Cindy and gusty winds. A slow improvement in marine
conditions is anticipated during the weekend and into early next
week as surface high pressure prevails over the western Gulf of
Mexico.

in the afternoon. A moderate chop on the bay subsiding to a light
