.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
A generally light onshore flow over low seas through mid week. Early
day isolated showers or thunderstorms can be expected through the
week. A cold front will move offshore at the end of the week,
slightly strengthening weekend northeasterlies.
