STATIONARY FRONT LINGERING INLAND ALONG THE UPPER TEXAS COAST.
THIS BOUNDARY WILL PUSH OFF SHORE MONDAY MORNING. LIGHT TO
MODERATE OFFSHORE WINDS WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT WITH
AN ONSHORE FLOW NOT EXPECTED TO RETURN UNTIL FRIDAY. CAUTION
FLAGS MAY BE NECESSARY BEHIND THE FRONT TOMORROW MORNING BUT
OTHERWISE SHOULD NOT BE NEEDED AGAIN UNTIL LATE NEXT WEEKEND.
