Mexico...including The Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary

Synopsis for Keys coastal waters from Ocean Reef to Dry Tortugas

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure extending down the eastern
seaboard will migrate to the northeast today, allowing winds to
slacken across the Florida Keys. A cold front is slated to press
through the Florida Keys early Wednesday morning, ushering in
moderate to fresh northerly breezes in its wake.

The Approximate Shoreward Edge of the Gulf Stream current, as of
October 21st,

19 NM South of Dry Tortugas Light...on Loggerhead Key.
 6 NM South of Cosgrove Shoal Light...off the Marquesas Keys.
 1 NM South of Sand Key Light...off Key West.
 4 NM South of Looe Key...off Big Pine Key.
 6 NM South of Sombrero Key Light...off Marathon.
 5 NM Southeast of Alligator Reef Light...off Islamorada.
 5 NM Southeast of Molasses Reef Light...off Key Largo.
