.SYNOPSIS...The axis of surface high pressure will shift north of
the waters today. This will result in a prevailing onshore
breeze which freshens a bit tonight and into the early part of
the week. The onshore flow will bring a few periods of scattered
showers and storms over the Atlantic waters through the middle of
the week.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...None.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream based
on the Real Time Ocean Forecast System as of Saturday August 19th.
