CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON. A COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE THROUGH THE MARINE AREA EARLY FRIDAY MORNING SIGNALING
AN INCREASE IN OFFSHORE FLOW THAT WILL EVENTUALLY BUILD TO
CAUTIONARY LEVELS OVER THE WEEKEND.
