SUWANNEE RIVER OUT TO 60 NM.

THE WAVE HEIGHTS ARE FORECAST AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST ONE-THIRD OF THE WAVES.
THE HIGHEST WAVES MAY RARELY BE TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.
THE WINDS AND SEAS NEAR THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE HIGHER THAN FORECAST.

.SYNOPSIS...A FRONTAL TROUGH WHICH HAS PERSISTED ACROSS THE
SOUTH CENTRAL PENINSULA AND ADJACENT GULF WATERS WILL WASH OUT
TODAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SURFACE AND ALOFT BUILDS IN OVER THE
REGION. A WEAK PRESSURE PATTERN UNDER THE HIGH WILL SUPPORT
AN ONSHORE SEA BREEZE COMPONENT DEVELOPING ALONG THE COAST
TODAY...OTHERWISE A LIGHT NORTHEAST TO NORTHERLY WIND FLOW
IS EXPECTED. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL SHIFT SOUTHEAST OF
THE REGION LATER TONIGHT AND FRIDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH
AND ATTENDANT COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY. AS THE HIGH SHIFTS SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL VEER INTO THE
SOUTHEAST AND SOUTH TONIGHT AND EARLY FRIDAY BECOMING SOUTHWEST
AND INCREASING TOWARD EXERCISE CAUTION LEVELS FRIDAY AFTERNOON
AND NIGHT AS THE COLD FRONT APPROACHES. WINDS WILL SHIFT INTO
THE NORTHWEST AND NORTH ON SATURDAY AS THE FRONT MOVES SOUTH
