The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Hydrologic
Outlook for the following streams: Kansas River...Marais Des Cygnes
River...Vermillion Creek.

This hydrologic outlook is based on predicted rainfall and estimated
runoff from earlier rainfall. Crests may vary if actual rainfall or
runoff is greater or less than anticipated.

Location: Kansas River at Lawrence
Flood stage: 18.0 feet
Latest stage: 15.7 feet at 7 PM Wednesday

Location: Kansas River at Topeka
Flood stage: 26.0 feet
Latest stage: 19.2 feet at 7 PM Wednesday

Location: Marais Des Cygnes River near Quenemo
Flood stage: 17.0 feet
Latest stage: 10.9 feet at 8 AM Wednesday

Location: Vermillion Creek near Louisville
Flood stage: 30.0 feet
Latest stage: 17.5 feet at 9 AM Wednesday
