THE AREA THROUGH THURSDAY...BRINGING HEAVY RAINFALL TO EASTERN

  NORTHEAST KENTUCKY...JOHNSON AND MARTIN. IN SOUTH CENTRAL

* UP TO AN INCH OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS FORECAST TO FALL THROUGH
  TONIGHT...BEFORE PRECIPITATION GRADUALLY CHANGES OVER TO A
  MIXTURE OF SNOW...SLEET...AND FREEZING RAIN. ADDITIONALLY...ANY
  LINGERING SNOWPACK WILL BE MELTING...ADDING TO THE RUNOFF.

* SMALL STREAM AND CREEK FLOODING IS EXPECTED THROUGH
  TONIGHT...WITH MINOR TO POSSIBLY MODERATE FLOODING ALONG LARGER
  RIVERS EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP.
