THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT WILL CAUSE SHARP RISES ON SEVERAL RIVERS
AND CREEKS IN NORTHWEST OREGON AND SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON...WITH
FLOODING POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY. THE HEAVIEST
RAIN WILL FALL ALONG THE COAST AND COAST RANGE IN OREGON AND IN
THE WILLAPA HILLS AND CASCADES IN SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON...WHERE
RAINFALL TOTALS OF 4 TO 8 INCHES ARE EXPECTED. IN ADDITION TO
RIVER FLOODING...SOME URBAN FLOODING IS POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY IN
