  SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI AND SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN CENTRAL MISSOURI...CAMDEN...HICKORY AND
  PULASKI. IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI...HOWELL...OREGON...
  SHANNON AND TEXAS. IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...BARRY...CEDAR...
  CHRISTIAN...DADE...DALLAS...DOUGLAS...GREENE...LACLEDE...
  LAWRENCE...OZARK...POLK...STONE...TANEY...WEBSTER AND WRIGHT.

* THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING

* MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY AND
  TOMORROW. THIS RAIN WILL BE FALLING ON SATURATED OR NEARLY
  SATURATED SOIL...RESULTING IN AN INCREASED RISK FOR FLASH
  FLOODING.

* SMALL STREAMS...CREEKS...AND AREA RIVERS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
  SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODING. THOSE FLOATING OR CAMPING ON OR
  NEAR AREA RIVERS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPID RISES OF WATER LEVELS.
