EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...AND WASHINGTON...TULSA...PAWNEE...OSAGE...
OKMULGEE AND CREEK COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA IS CANCELLED...

THE HEAVIER RAINFALL RATES IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE LARGE
THUNDERSTORM COMPLEX OVER EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA HAS
MISSED AREAS ALONG AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 169 AND 75. THEREFORE...THE
FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL BE CANCELLED.

AN AREAL FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THIS REGION. AREAS
LAKES...MAIN STEM RIVERS...SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND LOW WATER
CROSSINGS WILL CONTINUE TO BE FLOODED FROM THE RECENT RAINS.

AT 700 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. 1 TO 2
INCHES OF HEAVY RAIN IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME HAS FALLEN ON
SATURATED GROUNDS AND IS TURNING INTO RUNOFF. FLASH FLOODING HAS
BEEN REPORTED IN THE FORT SMITH AREA.

RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING INCLUDE...
