The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Arroyo and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Bernalillo County in central New Mexico...
  Northwestern Torrance County in central New Mexico...

* Until 700 PM MDT.

* At 500 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms over the Manzano mountains and adjacent foothills.
  This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding along the east
  slopes in the advisory area. Expect abrupt and excessive runoff
  into the Canon de Chilili, Hells Canyon, and other creeks, washes,
  and arroyos near New Mexico State Highway 337.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Chilili, Escabosa, Cedro, Ponderosa Pines and Miera.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The heavy rainfall and slow movement of these storms may result in
flooding of road intersections and low lying areas. Waters may begin
to run in normally dry arroyos.
