* SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  EASTERN PHILLIPS COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN COLORADO...

* UNTIL 130 AM MDT

* AT 1131 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAIN HAD ENDED. HOWEVER
  SMALL STREAM FLOODING WILL CONTINUE IN THE ADVISORY AREA. FROM
  TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN FELL EARLIER THIS EVENING.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  HOLYOKE...PLEASANT VALLEY AND AMHERST.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...PATENT CREEK...
FRENCHMAN CREEK...WILDHORSE CREEK...NORTH FORK FRENCHMAN CREEK AND
SANDY CREEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS FARM AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
