The Flood Warning continues for
  The Red River at Clay City.
* at 9:15 PM Thursday the stage was 20.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river has crested around 20.4 feet and is now slowly
  falling. The river is forecast to continue falling through the
  night. It is expected to fall below flood stage by early Friday
  afternoon.
* At 19.0 feet...Moderate flooding begins.
