...The flood warning is cancelled for St. Francis River affecting
   areas in southeast Missouri...

   Near Patterson affecting Wayne County

.Water levels have fallen below flood stage along the St. Francis
River. Minor flood conditions have come to an end near Patterson, MO.
The river first rose above flood stage early Thursday morning and
crested at 19.3 feet late yesterday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SAFETY MESSAGE...

Never drive cars...trucks or sport utility vehicles through flooded
areas. The water may be too deep to allow safe passage. Never allow
children to play in or near flood waters. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather
Radio or your local media for further statements and possible updated
forecasts.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for the St. Francis River near Patterson.
* At 7 AM Friday the stage was 15.4 feet.
* Flood Stage is 16.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at 5:53 AM Friday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 13.6 feet by tomorrow
  morning.
* Impact...At 16.0 Feet...Minor flooding occurs affecting mainly
  bottomland and surrounding low lying areas.
