...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in North
Carolina..
  Deep River At Moncure affecting Chatham and Lee Counties

  Haw River At Haw River affecting Alamance County

  Haw River Near Bynum affecting Chatham County

  Lower Little River At Manchester affecting Cumberland County

  Tar River At Louisburg affecting Franklin County

  Tar River At Tarboro affecting Edgecombe County

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message. If you encounter deep water while driving, do not
attempt to drive through. Turn around, dont drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Deep River At Moncure.
* from late tonight to Wednesday afternoon, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  4:45 AM Monday the stage was 1.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by early tomorrow
  and continue to rise to near 9.7 feet by tomorrow early
  afternoon.The river will fall below flood stage by early Wednesday
  morning.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Flooding is likely upstream
  of the gage site along North Plank Road just south of highway 421
  in Lee county, and on R Jordan Road north of highway 421 in Chatham
  county. At the gage site, flooding reaches the base of the river
  gage housing, but is confined to woods and pasture immediately
  adjacent to the river.

  the Haw River At Haw River.
* from this evening to Wednesday afternoon, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  4:45 AM Monday the stage was 7.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by this evening
  and continue to rise to near 20.8 feet by tomorrow morning.The
  river will fall below flood stage by early Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, There is significant overflow on the right
  bank opposite the water treatment plant.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Overflow begins on both banks at the water
  treatment plant.

  the Haw River Near Bynum.
* from late tonight to Wednesday evening, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  4:45 AM Monday the stage was 4.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by early tomorrow
  and continue to rise to near 12.1 feet by tomorrow evening.The
  river will fall below flood stage by late Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, The river widens up to 400 feet across. It
  floods pasturelands on the right bank and woodlands on the left.

  the Lower Little River At Manchester.
* from Wednesday morning to Thursday evening, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  5:30 AM Monday the stage was 6.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by late Wednesday
  morning and continue to rise to near 18.6 feet by Wednesday
  evening.The river will fall below flood stage by late Thursday
  morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Flood stage. Minor flood problems begin in
  Fort Bragg near the water treatment plant.

  the Tar River At Louisburg.
* from Wednesday afternoon to late Wednesday night, or until the
  warning is cancelled.
* At  4:45 AM Monday the stage was 5.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Minor flood stage. Banks overflow at Main
  Street. River Bend Park is flooded and storm drains are inundated
  along the river.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Bankfull in the vicinity of Main Street.
  Minor flooding begins in River Bend Park 0.1 miles upstream of Main
  Street.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Tar River At Tarboro.
* from Thursday evening until further notice, or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At  5:15 AM Monday the stage was 3.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by Thursday
  evening and continue to rise to near 21.9 feet by Friday evening.
  Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins south of Daniel
  Street in east Tarboro.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. The Riverside Park and
  River Road at the US64 bridge flood.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, Action stage. The river is bankfull.
