...Observed flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity for the
following rivers in Washington...
  Nooksack River at North Cedarville affecting Whatcom County.

.Flood Bulletin No. 28

Heavy rain over the past few days has driven the Nooksack River
above flood stage. Around North Cedarville, the river will remain
above the moderate flood stage for a few hours this morning.

...Observed flooding increased from Minor to Moderate severity...
The Flood Warning continues for
 The Nooksack River at North Cedarville
* Until late tonight.
* At  8:00 AM Thursday the stage was 148.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 146.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Impact...At 148.0 feet, the Nooksack River will cause widespread
  flooding downstream through Lynden...with swift waters covering
  some farm lands and roads. Erosion may affect some river banks.
