...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 PM AST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected along Rio
  Blanco.

* WHERE...Naguabo.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM AST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 937 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
    is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
  - Rio Blanco out of its banks may cause flooding along low
    lying areas of road  PR-191 and road PR-31. The exit toward
    the highway could be flooded as well.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
